Return & Warranty Policy

InBody Shop Europe

We hope you are satisfied with your InBody product.
If you wish to return your product or if your product is defective, please carefully review the policy below.

1. Standard Return Policy

InBody Europe B.V. accepts returns in accordance with Dutch regulations for distance selling.

You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receipt, provided that you notify us within this period and the product remains in resalable condition.

Return Procedure

To cancel your order, please contact our customer service via the online contact form.

After receiving your request, you will receive:

  • Written approval

  • A Returns Material Authorization (RMA) number

  • A return label

  • Return instructions

The product must be returned in its original packaging and in resalable condition.

After receiving the return label, you have 30 days to return the product.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
The original shipping costs of the order are non-refundable.

Returns sent without prior written authorization will not be accepted.
You remain responsible for the product until it has been received by InBody Europe B.V.

Refusal and Depreciation

If the product is received damaged, the return may be refused.

If the product has lost value due to unnecessary use,
InBody reserves the right to deduct an amount from the refund.

Refund

After the returned product has been received and inspected,
the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days.

Please note that the original shipping costs paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

2. Defective or Damaged Goods – First 30 Days

If your product arrives defective or damaged, you may request a replacement or refund within 30 days of delivery.

Notification

Please contact our customer service via the online contact form.

After submitting your request, you will receive:

  • Written approval

  • An RMA number

  • A return label

  • Return instructions

After receiving the return label, you have 30 days to return the product.
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

The product must be returned in new condition and in its original packaging, except for the reported defect.

Returns sent without prior written authorization will not be accepted.
You remain responsible for the product until it has been received by InBody Europe B.V.

Inspection

InBody Europe B.V. reserves the right to inspect and verify the reported defect.

The warranty does not apply to damage caused by, including but not limited to:

  • Accidents

  • Negligence

  • Physical damage

  • Misuse

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Opening the device yourself

  • Measurement inaccuracies caused by interference or noise

After inspection, the product will be replaced or refunded.

3. Warranty Policy and Claim Procedure

Covered Products

The following consumer products are covered under warranty:

  • InBody Dial H20N

  • InBody Dial H30NWi

Warranty Period

These products include a free 2-year (24 months) warranty starting from the date of delivery.

These products are not intended for commercial use.
Commercial use will void the warranty.

Warranty Claim (After 30 Days)

If a defect occurs after the first 30 days but within the warranty period, please contact our customer service via the online contact form.

After submitting your request, you will receive:

  • Written approval

  • An RMA number

  • A return label

  • Return instructions

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

You remain responsible for the product until it has been received by InBody Europe B.V.

Warranty Coverage

The warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Material and construction defects

  • Device malfunctions

The warranty does not cover:

  • Accidents

  • Misuse

  • Physical damage

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Opening the device yourself

  • Interference or noise

The product must have been purchased from InBody Europe B.V. or an authorized seller.

4. Repair and Replacement

After inspection, InBody reserves the right to:

  • Repair the original device, or

  • Replace the device with a new unit

You will be notified in writing of the outcome.
